"1810: Plagued by bankruptcy, a widowed merchant has no other choice but to sell his town house, forcing him and his six children to move to the countryside. Unsurprisingly, his youngest daughter and closest to his heart, Belle, is the only one easily adapting to this lifestyle change. While lost in the forest on a business trip, the merchant stumbles upon the magical domain of the Beast, where he's sentenced to death for stealing a single rose for Belle.
