The productive plants produce medium sized flat yellow pods that are delicious if eaten before they get too large. The seed is white with a brown blotch around the eye. Can also be used as a dry bean. Days to Maturity: 55 days for wax beans (above growth information obtained from Heritage Harvest Seeds, www.heritageharvestseed.com). White seed with a brown spot around the navel (hilum). Flat bean pod. Plants very dense and highly productive dwarf. Excellent taste fresh or dry.
